Steven E. Michael Publishing is a private publisher of books, articles, and blogs written
by Steven E. Michael. Bookstores may claim they can sell you my books, but they are
wrong. I do not sell my books to bookstores or libraries. The only place to purchase my
books is through this website.
Customers pay with a credit card only. No checks, business checks, money orders, or
cashiers' checks are accepted.
Shipping Information:
Orders are shipped within thirty days of receiving your order, and most ship within
three business days. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. We
only ship to the U.S. and do not ship to international addresses, APO, or FPO addresses.
No shipment tracking is available.
Refunds, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
If you are charged in error, which is nearly impossible since you are creating the order,
we will investigate and refund any erroneous charge. If a received book is defective, a
replacement will be shipped to you, after we have received the defective copy back
from you (at your shipping expense). All other sales are final and no cancellations are
honored.

When will my book arrive?
Orders are handled daily and shipment via USPS usually happens the same day. If it
has been less than two weeks since you placed your order, be patient. The postal
service sometimes has sporadic delivery times. I will only investigate non-delivery
requests after two weeks have passed.
My book was bent when I got it, can I get a replacement?
Talk to your mailman. If the pages are not torn and the book has no defects, a
replacement copy is not available from me. If a book is received and is defective in
some manner that renders it unreadable, send it back to me (at your expense) and I
will send a replacement after receiving the defective copy.
Can I have you ship the book overseas (international delivery)?
No, we do not ship internationally.
What if I don't like the book, can I return it?
No, all sales are final.
Can I get a discount for buying multiple copies?
Each copy bought brings knowledge and enjoyment to the person who reads it. No
discounting of my books is offered.
